  1. Other Rate Information:
    • Day rooms are available at 50% of the applicable net rate and are subject to availability and should be requested when the reservation is made
    • Children - Under 2 Free
      • Under 12 - 50% of the applicable rate
      • Over 12 - 100% of the applicable rate ( adult rate)
    • Late checkout is available, subject to availability, and it attracts charges as follows:
      • From 10am to 2pm - Free
      • After 2pm - 50% of applicable rate
  2. These Rates are not valid for Commercial/Corporate Clients or Conference delegates.

Payment in full must be received 60 days prior to arrival of clients. House Of Waine may at its discretion not honour a booking if full payment has not been received.

  1. In the event of any cancellation or reduction in numbers made.
    • Between 60 - 36 days from the date of accommodation 20% of the total bed night cost will be charged
    • Between 35 - 16 days 50%
    • Between 15 & A No Show 100% of the total costs will be charged
